Planting!

For the first time ever, we are planting a garden this year! I got some tomato plants from a friend and now I have four huge pots in my house full of flowering tomato plants as well as a little bit of cilantro.

I went out and bought some Jiffy pots and we planted seeds today. We have 72 Jiffy pots, which will hopefully turn into a beautiful and plentiful garden.

We have cucumber, spinach, romaine lettuce, basil, dill, parsley, cilantro, carrots, cabbage and green onion. I also want to do zucchini and potatoes, but I still need to get the seeds for those. We'll keep the seeds inside until the end of May and then plant them out in our garden that Derek is going to build for me.
