Timing

We are so excited to have Clinton, Norma and Jenevieve with us this week from Oregon. It has been fun to get reconnectednand to get to know Jenevieve. She is such a sweetheart!

They arrived on Friday night and on Saturday Derek got called out to Montana for an emergency response.

He left AK at 1am on Sat. night. On one hand he has been anxious to respond to an emergency and learn all he can, on the other hand he has been looking so forward to family coming to visit as well.
So, the Lord knows his heart and that these two things he has wanted are falling on the same week. We are trusting the Lord that the timing of it all is in His hands.
We are both making the most of where we are this week, we'd love to be together, but I am also thankful to have family here to keep me and the kids company.

Derek turns 30 on Friday, praying he'll be home to celebrate:)
