Megan

Today was Megan's first day of preschool. She is part of a program that provides preschool for kids who need help in certain areas, her need is in speech. So, today was her first day, they have a bus that comes to the house and picks her up and one that drops her off. I went to pick her up this afternoon and she wanted to ride the bus, so I let her try it, she rode the bus and I met her at home. I think she liked it but she was also a little unsure about the whole thing. She had a great time at school, yet was exhausted when she came home, she slept for 2.5 hours! I am excited about her getting help with her speech, that will be great for her. I am not so sure what I think about her being gone at preschool though, it could be great for her or not so great, we'll have to see how she does with it. She was very excited about it this morning, so we'll see how she feels over the next couple of days.

We didn't do school this morning for various reasons, Megan starting school, Derek getting ready to go hunting, and C.J. and Adrian had AIMS/WEB testing at their school.
I guess Adrian didn't really say much of anything during her testing, she was supposed to name the letters in the alphabet, so it probably won't turn out so well:) She knows them pretty well so she must not have felt like talking:)
C.J. informed me today: "I thought I would like home school, but now I don't".
Oh boy! Do I laugh or cry at that? I decided to laugh:)
